Shipping within Australia

**DISCLAIMER**

All orders placed after the 16th of December 2015 will be delayed till the 4th of January 2016 during the Christmas period closure. 

Free shipping on all orders over $200 - All other orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and this usually occurs within one working day of the order being placed. 

Shipping timeframe
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and this usually occurs within one working day of the order being placed. Please allow 3 - 10 working days for your order to be delivered as occasionally there might be delays with our courier. Your orders will be delivered during normal business hours.

For NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD please allow 2-5 working days.
For SA, WA, TAS and NT please allow 3-10 working days.

Tracking your purchase
You can expect an update email from us/Australia Post when your goods have been shipped, including a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check on the status of your delivery online.

Delivery address

Bell & Barnett use two companies for our deliveries: Australia Post for residential addresses; and Toll for business addresses. Please ensure that when you do provide an address, there will be someone present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by our carrier and you will need to organise a new delivery date. Should you wish to track your order, use either the Toll Ipec's website or Australia Post's website.

Please remember that we only want care when delivering our suits to both residential and business addresses. As a result, we use a suit hanging service unique to Toll to ensure that the items receive the best possible treatment during transportation. However, as a result, we require there be someone present at the address who will be able to sign for the suits - either at a residential address or at a business address. Any change of address after dispatch will incur a fee of $20 and may take up to 48 hours to action.

International shipping applies for any countries other than Australia. Please email your order details to info@bellandbarnett.com and a quote will be provided.

New Zealand shipping

We are happy to say that we now offering Bell & Barnett dress shirts and suits to our friends across the Ditch!  

The expected time of delivery ranges between 2 – 7 days. As we use Australia Post International Express Courier Services, there is a $15 charge per 2kg.

Bell & Barnett aims to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. We understand that there may be rare occasions where shoppers are not completely satisfied, and it is important for us to hear your feedback. Our 30 days returns policy *Excludes Clearance

For Bell & Barnett online purchases returned within 30 days, that are not worn, used or damaged, we will be delighted to offer an exchange or refund (excluding delivery fees), provided all tags remain attached to the garment. It is the customer's responsibility to try all garments on before removing tags, as we cannot accept any returned products without the tags attached to the garment. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or exchange/refund refused.

Online returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in store and must be posted back with your order number enclosed via post or your preferred courier service. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return to following address:

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Please email us straight away at info@bellandbarnett.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Bell & Barnett tags.

Clearance items
Unfortunately due to the high demand of products during clearance sales, we can only offer a refund in the event of change of mind, received damaged or sent incorrectly items, upon return of the items within 30 days. Items must not be worn, used or damaged, and all tags remain attached to the garment. We cannot offer exchanges on clearance items, so please choose your items and sizes carefullyIn the event of a refund Bell & Barnett will refund you via the payment method used. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.

Online clearance items cannot be accepted in store for returns or refund. 


International Returns

For international returns: In the case of faulty or incorrect orders, then Bell & Barnett will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for change of mind or change of size returns on full priced items, then it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping costs.

The process of returns is the same as for domestic returns.

Colour variations
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
